About

To become the operating layer for industrial maintenance.

Maintenance is treated as a cost line. It is a capital allocation decision made thousands of times a year, mostly without data.

Mission

Make the decision visible, then make it executable.

Industrial maintenance sits at the intersection of capital, risk and operations. Every week a plant decides which asset to protect, which spare to hold, which repair to defer and which skill to buy in. Each decision moves capital. Almost none of them are measured that way.

Indess exists to make those decisions legible. We combine a proprietary criticality model, real asset data and a network of verified suppliers so that maintenance teams can move from reactive firefighting to deliberate capital allocation.

We then provide the infrastructure to act on those decisions: a marketplace for spares, a machining network for the parts nobody sells any more, engineering for the assets worth extending, and training for the skills that are disappearing.

We are not consultants. We do not deliver a report and leave. Not advice. Infrastructure.

People

Built from inside the plant, not around it.

Indess was built by a team that has carried the maintenance budget, the downtime and the obsolescence problem directly. Our experience spans a nine-plant automotive and plastics fleet across Europe and Africa, industrial supply chains, on-demand machining, and the reliability systems that keep complex assets running.

The ICC-CVM criticality model was developed inside that operational reality to answer a question that had no good answer at the time: which asset actually deserves the next euro. Today it is the decision layer behind every service and marketplace product we offer.

  • Global maintenance leadership experience across five continents
  • SAP-PM, reliability analytics and predictive-maintenance deployments
  • Creators of the proprietary ICC-CVM criticality model
  • Blow-moulding, powertrain, drive-retrofit and automation expertise
  • Industrial supply-chain, procurement and spare-parts pooling experience
  • On-demand machining, reverse engineering and obsolescence-management practice
