2. What we collect
Contact and company details you submit through our forms or account registration; technical files you upload (CAD models, drawings, photographs); commercial data relating to requests, quotes and orders; and standard technical logs required to operate the service securely.
3. Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, route jobs to appropriate suppliers, operate accounts, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the accuracy of our criticality models. We do not sell personal data.
4. Technical files and confidentiality
Uploaded files are stored with access control. They are released only to the supplier awarded the relevant job, and only for the purpose of quoting or fulfilling it. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request before any file is shared.
5. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of contract performance, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform, and consent where consent is required.
6. Retention
Enquiry and account data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active and thereafter for the period required by applicable accounting and limitation rules. Technical files are deleted on request unless retention is required for a live order or a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Write to us and we will respond within the statutory period.
8. Transfers
We operate across Europe and Africa. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
