MRO Assessment & ICC-CVM

We ingest a plant's maintenance and inventory data, score every asset and part by criticality, and show where capital is trapped.

ICC-CVM is our criticality and consumption-value model. It reads work orders, failure history, bills of material and stock movements, then scores every asset and every part on the consequence of its failure and the capital it ties up.

The output separates the small set of chronic machines that drive most of your downtime from the long tail that does not, and separates the stock you must hold from the stock you are holding by accident.

A prioritised action and capital-release plan, asset by asset and part by part.

02 — Service

Spare-Parts Pooling

We model what is poolable with ICC-CVM and then run the shared pool, cutting each plant's inventory without adding risk.

Every plant in a region insures itself against the same failures, alone. The result is five copies of the same drive on five shelves, each idle, each depreciating.

We identify which parts can be pooled without changing any plant's risk position, agree the governance and replenishment rules, and operate the pool as shared infrastructure.

A live regional pool with agreed service levels and a measured inventory reduction per plant.

03 — Service

Technician Academy

Training programmes that upskill technicians on new machines, methods and technologies, from predictive maintenance to drive retrofits.

The machines outlive the people who knew them. Fifteen percent of the machinists who understand legacy equipment are already missing from the market, and the gap widens each year.

We run cohort-based programmes built on your own equipment and your own failure history, so what is taught on Monday is used on Tuesday.

04 — Service

Engineering & Automation

Servo and drive upgrades, predictive-maintenance integration and Industry-4.0 bridging on equipment that still has decades of life in it.

Most plants do not need a new line. They need the line they have to stop failing, and to start reporting on itself.

We scope the retrofit, specify it, and deliver it through vetted engineering partners, with the criticality model deciding what gets touched first.
