Platform

Five connected businesses — one intelligence core.

Each line stands on its own commercially. Together they form the operating layer for industrial maintenance.

01

Intelligence core — ICC-CVM

A proprietary asset-criticality and value model. It reads work orders, failure history, spare consumption and downtime cost, then ranks every asset by the capital it puts at risk. Everything else on the platform is an action taken on that ranking.

  • Criticality scoring per asset and per line
  • Chronic-failure identification across the fleet
  • Spare-part risk and coverage modelling
  • Downtime cost translated into capital terms

02

Parts marketplace & pooling

Plants in the same group hold the same spares five times over. We make holdings visible across the fleet, pool the critical references, source what is missing and provide an exit for surplus.

  • Cross-plant pooling of critical references
  • Sourcing of obsolete and long-lead items
  • Structured resale of excess and dead stock
  • Vendor-neutral, specification-led procurement

03

On-demand machining

When a part is discontinued or quoted at six months, we reverse-engineer it and route the job to a vetted machining partner. Asset-light: we organise the network, we do not own the machines.

  • Reverse-engineering to modern tolerances
  • Vetted, certified partner network
  • Traceability and material certification
  • Turnaround measured in weeks, not quarters

04

Engineering & automation

Retrofit, drive replacement and reliability engineering delivered as a repeatable service rather than a one-off project. What is learned at one plant becomes a standard for the next.

  • Drive and control retrofits on legacy equipment
  • Reliability-centred maintenance programmes
  • Obsolescence planning and asset-life extension
  • SAP-PM data structuring and analytics

05

Technician academy

The machinists who understand legacy equipment are retiring. The academy rebuilds that capability inside the fleet and inside the supplier network.

  • Machining and metrology fundamentals
  • Reliability and root-cause analysis
  • Legacy-equipment specialisation tracks
  • Certification aligned to plant requirements

The compounding effect

The engine improves with every asset it reads.

Failure history, part references and cost outcomes flow back into the model. Pooling decisions get sharper, machining quotes get faster, and training targets the gaps the data actually shows.
